Patients can download the Hugo App from either the Google Play Store or App Store.
Once downloaded, the patient can input their information into the fields as provided.
The services which are provided by the Hugo App will be bulk billed where possible. Any additionally gap payments will vary based on the individual doctor.
Although patients do not need to provide a Medicare number, in the case that there is no Medicare number provided, the patient will be uneligable for the service to be bulk billed.
The initial cost to use the Hugo system is free. However, there will be a 10% admin fee, meaning that doctors will take home 90% of their billables.
